  The website is very informational, easy to navigate ! I had a followup question (comparing 2 plans), I called their number and got immediately connected to Jay. Jay was super helpful. After a couple of quick questions, Jay was able to give me excellent recommendations for plans immediately. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to answer all my questions in detail !   A Duplicitous company. DO not recommend anyone buying their expat insurance. Thy are programmed to delay and deny claims. After my heart attack in France I got the royal runaround.
